When I fly into Nice, I will always stay at this Novotel at the beginning and at the end of my vacations in France. The location is perfect for me. I really appreciate the free shuttle service to the airport, BUT, more importantly, the staff is friendly and accommodating. I had pleasant conversations with Anastasia (forgive possible misspelling). She was very compassionate when learning that my last vacation had suddenly turned from visiting close friends to supporting them through the sudden, unexpected loss of my friend’s husband a day before my arrival in Nice.) I left Nice to go to my friends for five weeks and when I returned to Nice to stay several nights before flying home, the staff was kind and interested in how I was doing. I’m grateful for the hotel’s help and attitude through a difficult situation. I look forward to staying there again and again in happier times.

The only comment I would make is the confusion about the shuttle service to the airport. I spoke to 3 different people working at the desk and each had a different process. 1. Come down 5-10 mins before shuttle leaves (every 30 mins), no booking necessary 2. Book a time for the shuttle 3. Call before you come down The problem was, I came down for 4:30am, another client was waiting as well. We proceeded to the shuttle vehicle and when I told the driver I was to go to Terminal 2, he said no! To wait until 5 am shuttle. I was confused and asked the desk clerk and he just shrugged his shoulders. Please be consistent in your communication to ensure that clients can plan accordingly. Thank you.

The location was perfect for my needs—fly into Nic, spend the night(s), use the free shuttle to the airport, and catch a bus at Terminal2 to my final destination . Also in reverse—the bus arrives at Terminal 2, I spend the night(s) at Novotel Arenas ,free shuttle back to airport, and I fly back home. When I stay for more than one night, the Tram is easy to catch at the airport for travel to popular spots. So, the location is great for me, but it is second to the kind, professional staff who do what they can to accommodate every need. I will always stay at the Novotel Arenas when in Nice.

The hotel is good but the cashback from Booking.com is still outstanding. It repeatedly sent emails saying that update of my credit card was required. I have checked with the card issuer which has confirmed that my card is in order. I have updated Booking.com with this card several times but no cashback has been made till now. There is no way for me to reflect to Booking.com but this channel. Please action immediately and do not use my card inot in order as an excuse. In fact, Booking.com has made cash payout to me via the same card successfully few months ago

He was efficient and professional, but also exceeded all expectations in how he treated the group of guests who gathered in the lobby early in the morning to wait for the airport shuttle. All were greeted warmly, offered fresh pastries and helped into the shuttle. This made all the difference in our stay and made our impression of the hotel strongly positive. Kudos to you, Sir!!
